It all started with an Instagram video…

Like most of us, I first came across the world of decorated cookies on social media. I was amazed by the delicate details and the artistry of it all. As a life-long artist myself, I had to try it!

My first ever cookie set was for my mother-in-law’s birthday in June 2021. The cookies were far from perfect, but I was HOOKED! October rolled around, and a coworker approached me to do cookies for his daughter’s bridal shower. Up until that point, I’d never really considered that this could become a business. Not one to shy away from a challenge, I accepted the job, and Cookies by Britt was born.

Since then, I’ve had the pleasure to make cookies for so many amazing people in my community. These are more than just simple sugar cookies to me. They’re edible ART. I don’t ever copy other artist’s work, meaning every cookie set is unique to you and your event. And as an added bonus - they taste as good as they look.
